The primary role of vitamin E is as an antioxidant helping to protect the tissues from free radical damage. Free radicals may be important in the development of cancer, and since vitamin E acts as a free radicals scavenger it has been advocated in cancer prevention.

     
Ingredients:   Vitamin E 400 I.U.
     
Packaging:   One bottle has 100 tablets
     
Dosage:   Take one softgel daily with a full glass of water, preferably after a meal.
