Ingredient:
Chicken 1, jinzhen 30g, Jew's ear 75g, Chinese dates 10, liquor,
salt.

Process:
1. Kill the chicken and address it. Open its stomach and get rid
of the internal organs, boil it in the boiling water for a short
while and then get it out. Wash away the blood with pure clean water
and cut it into dices.
2. Soften Jinzhen and Jew's ear with water and eliminate the hard

boiling and then put them on slow fire for an hour. Add some salt
and the decoction is ready to be served.

Indications: nosebleed, hepatitis, and clear the toxic factors such
as dampness and pathogenic heat within the body.
3. Jew's ear has a sweet flavor and a neutral nature. Effect: moistening
the intestines and eliminating the pathogenic heat, removing heat
from the blood and arresting blood. Indications: hemorrhoid, blood
urine, blood stool, metrorrnagia and metrostaxis, bleeding due to
injury etc.
4. Chinese dates have a sweet flavor and a mild nature. Effect:
invigorating the spleen and replenishing Qi, nourishing blood and
