Tips for passengers travelling by air

Did you ever suffer headache, nausea, backache or cold when you were on board? This is probably an indication that you have caught pneumonia, or that you have blood clot concentrating in your lung.

Therefore, passengers on a long journey need to take a small walk around the seat, so as to create a comfortable condition for the rest part of journey. Raising your feet by putting a blanket beneath, or wearing loose clothes is good for eliminating the above symptoms.

On account of the low temperature inside the passenger compartment, passengers need to drink at least 8 ounces of water or wish-wash to prevent from dehydration. Passengers wearing contact lenses should not use eyedrop during this period. To avoid skin dehydration, passengers can use cream to moisten the skin. But drinks containing caffeine or alcohol will help increase the probability of dehydration.

In addition, since the aircraft landing usually causes middle ear hyperemia, or, even worse, tympanic membrane rupture, passengers should take some hyperemia moderater or gums in order to balance the pressure, or use pressure-equalizing method by pinching the nose, closing the mouth and air-blowing in order to protect the ear.

With the tips above, you can enjoy a pleasant trip by air.
