Mental health care is very important for most andropathies originate from psychological factors.


I. Cultivate the mind.

This is the key of men's mental health care. The mental activities can affect the physiological activities and change the composition of the body's mechanism. III. Handle properly the relations with others.

This is an important theme of family and social life. Mainly your should control your temper, avoid grief and envy. You should not stay up late and overuse your brain too.

IV. Exercise Qigong.

Qigong is a self-building mental health care method helping regulate and tranquilize the mental activities so as to take good care of Qi, vital essence and spirit. Qigong leads Qi with Yi(mind will) to flow or circulate through the channels and collaterals of the body to ensure the smooth passage of the channels and collaterals and coordination Qi and blood. It can also expel the turbid Qi out of the body and receive genuine Qi into the body.
