Treatments for menalgia

1. Medicines for primary menalgia:

(1) Analgesics
(2) Ponstan

Menalgia is related to the secretion of prostate gland. A patient may take the medicine prior to her menstruation (not administered to the allergic patients) or have it three times each day before abdominal distention. Take one tablet after meal each time.

2. Medicines for secondary menalgia:

The patients may have ponstan but the medicine is not effective for specific cases of menalgia caused by different reasons. Menalgia caused by endometriosis should be dealt with using specific medicines while an operation is proper for serious adhesion of endometriosis.
