The psychological cosmetology: TCM regards the changes of the seven emotions, namely, joy, anger, melancholy, grief, terror, fear and meditation as the physiological reaction of the human body to the external environment. As regards the patients suffering from the internal impairment of seven emotions, the doctors shall patiently explain the mechanism of the disease and the ill effect of tension on the patients.

Acupuncture cosmetology: it treats different diseases with eye needle, ear needle, optical needle and electric needle to prevent and cure the appearance-affecting diseases, such as freckles, acne, chloasma, boldness, obesity and excessive wrinkles.

Chinese herb cosmetology: internal application keeps the Yin and Yang in equilibrium and the organs, the essence and blood and the mederian system in harmony by taking the Chinese herbs orally. External application makes the herbs into different kinds of pharmaceutical preparations, which have a direct effect on the part of the body and promote the Qi and blood circulation through the system of channels and collaterals so as to keep people fit. According to the statitics, the most often used herbs in these pharmaceutical preparations are Poria cocos, mulberry leaves, black sesames, fleece-flower root, the root of Dahurain angelica, the rhizome of chuanxiong, Chinese angelica and rhizoma typhonii.
